Comets
Dirty snowballs!
C/2022 E3
Unfortunately, the weather wasn't very co-operative, hence I was only able to observe the object popularized as "Green Comet" or even "Neanderthal Comet" one week after it hat reached its closest proximity to earth.
Once again I didn't manage to properly focus -- maybe it's time to thing about getting a computer-controlled motor focus unit... I still was very impresse how fast the comet moved in relation to the background of fixed stars -- only about one or two minutes passed between the individual shots, and each time the stars were shifted noticeably relative to the comet!
